Homebuyers in Britain, are willing to pay 21% more to live in the countryside, according to new research[1]. The study found that 57% of those surveyed identified a better quality of life as the top reason for moving out of the city. House hunters looking to escape the city in favour of traditional countryside living, should consider looking to Bellway Homes’ new development, Solomon’s Seal. Nestled in the West Sussex village of Broadbridge Heath, this collection of homes provides a haven for buyers who want to enjoy rural lifestyle with a touch of urban living.
