London-based foreign exchange (FX) specialists Global Reach Partners has appointed Millie Richardson as its new Chief Compliance & Risk Officer. A qualified chartered accountant, she brings over 20 years of experience of working for some of the biggest firms in the financial services sector.

Millie joins from World First where she spent five years as Chief Compliance Officer,responsible for managing compliance, legal, audit, [risk and governance across its international operations](https://www.financedigest.com/mitigating-operational-risk-through-centralising-reconciliation.html "MITIGATING OPERATIONAL RISK THROUGH CENTRALISING RECONCILIATION"). Prior to that she was Head of Governance and Reporting at insurance giant AXA UK.
