_London School of Business and Finance, GISMA Business School, and Toronto School of Management support #PressForProgress with interview campaign_

London School of Business and Finance (LSBF), GISMA Business School, and Toronto School of Management (TSoM) have launched a joint initiative to celebrate International Women’s Week.

Starting Monday 5 March, the #WonderWomen campaign will be celebrating the achievements of female leaders around the world. The schools will share stories of success in a series of interviews and dedicated blogs, giving [women in business](https://www.financedigest.com/how-to-overcome-the-challenges-faced-by-women-in-business-4.html "How to overcome the challenges faced by women in business"), politics, and positions of leadership, the opportunity to share their experiences with a global audience.

The institutions – which between them have centres across the UK, Germany, Canada, and Asia – have launched this initiative to raise awareness about gender parity in business, supporting the official worldwide #PressForProgress theme chosen for this year’s [International Women’s Day](https://www.financedigest.com/bloom-uk-celebrates-500-new-members-as-it-looks-ahead-to-international-womens-day-and-launches-its-2022-mentoring-scheme.html "Bloom UK celebrates 500 new members as it looks ahead to International Women’s Day and launches its 2022 mentoring scheme").

All three institutions are part of [Global University Systems (GUS)](https://www.globaluniversitysystems.com/), an international network of higher education providers. GUS delivers a wide variety of programmes to over 50,000 students worldwide, championing passion for accessible quality education.

Commenting on the initiative, Cyndi McLeod, CEO of Global University Systems Canada and co-founder of Global Women in Education, said: “We want to give these successful women a [platform to communicate](https://www.financedigest.com/cloud-communication-platform-market-2022-scope-of-current-and-future-industry-2030.html "Cloud Communication Platform Market 2022 | Scope of Current and Future Industry 2030"), hopefully bringing down barriers and prejudices in the world of business. [Higher education](https://www.financedigest.com/five-reasons-to-start-saving-early-for-higher-education.html "Five Reasons to Start Saving Early for Higher Education") institutions should not shy away from addressing timely and relevant issues, helping students to grow on a personal level as well as the academic one.”

The list of interviewees features [business leaders and entrepreneurs from a wide range of industries](https://www.financedigest.com/metal-cans-and-glass-jars-market-demand-from-food-industry-to-grant-sustainable-business-prospects.html "Metal Cans and Glass Jars Market – Demand from Food Industry to Grant Sustainable Business Prospects ") and sectors, representing companies from around the world. Ehsan Safdari, Managing Director at TSoM, said: “Students can gain precious insights from [successful managers and business](https://www.financedigest.com/why-seo-is-crucial-for-business-success-post-pandemic.html "Why SEO is crucial for business success post-pandemic") leaders. To hear about the [challenges they faced](https://www.financedigest.com/how-to-overcome-the-challenges-faced-by-women-in-business-3.html "How to Overcome the Challenges Faced by Women in Business") and how they overcame them will give them great confidence for their future career.”
