Econocom UK, a leading provider of digital transformation solutions, has announced a deal that sees Jade Solutions, a UK-based enterprise mobility solutions provider, join the Econocom group. The deal involves Econocom acquiring an 85% stake in Jade Solutions.

The move sees the Econocom Group continuing its expansion in the UK and Ireland, and is another step forward in its journey towards becoming a full digital services provider. ​

Jade specialises in rugged mobile technology, wireless networks and guest wifi working with a galaxy of major clients in the retail, [transport and logistics](https://www.financedigest.com/why-investors-are-looking-closely-at-transport-and-logistics.html "Why investors are looking closely at transport and logistics") sectors.
